From 29 August to 1 September 2025, customers will receive a FREE Nasi Lemak McD™ voucher and exclusive Mekdi stickers – simply by participating in the brand’s Merdeka@McD activity.

Customers can take part in the Merdeka@McD celebration by visiting any McDonald’s Drive-Thru in Malaysia and following these simple steps:
- Drive a patriotic ride: Arrive in a car featuring any of Malaysia’s national flag colors – white, blue, red, or yellow.
- Shout “Merdeka!” three times: Show your Malaysian pride by saying the iconic chant before placing your order.
- Claim your gift: Instantly receive a FREE Nasi Lemak voucher and Mekdi stickers, while stocks last.
